Pan Pro Logistics provides complete goods storage services in Novi Sad – Petrovaradin (4,000 pallet spaces, WMS system), Šimanovci (2,000 pallet spaces) and Borča (1,000 pallet spaces in the floor). Our warehouses enable ordering, packing, declaring and sampling of goods, all with a high standard of security and control.

How we work:

  1. Receipt and monitoring of goods – checking the quantity and quality of goods upon receipt, recording and monitoring stocks in real time
  2. Physical placement – storage by type of goods, use of pallets, shelves, containers and special cages
  3. Inventory and stock management – tracking quantities, serial numbers, expiration dates and all key information
  4. Security – monitoring, alarms and access control to keep your goods fully protected
  5. Handling and packaging – sorting, transshipment, packaging and repacking for easier distribution

Delivery of goods

Pan Pro Logistics organizes timely and reliable delivery of consumer goods within Serbia.

From the logistics center in Petrovaradin, we plan and implement transport to defined destinations, with shipment tracking and complete process control.
The focus is on efficient delivery of goods, so that products are available to the market at the right time.

How we work:

  1. Collection of goods in China – we organize collection from the factory or warehouse, including loading and all necessary transport documents.
  2. Transport to the port – combination of land transport (truck, railway) to the selected port, preparation for sea transport.
  3. Customs procedures and documentation in China – export declaration, invoices, permits and everything needed for goods to leave China without delay.
  4. Maritime transport – safe boarding on a cargo ship and transport to ports in Europe (Rijeka, Trieste, Durres, Piraeus).
  5. Port delivery and warehousing – unloading, sorting, repacking and preparation for further distribution.
  6. Customs procedures in the destination country – support in customs declarations, payment of duties and inspection of goods.
  7. Inland distribution – a combination of road transport and storage to the final destination.
